Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience debugging applications on simulated and target hardware.
• Usage of a Real-Time Operating System (RTOS), such as Green Hills Integrity, VxWorks, or similar.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a software development team and manage project tasks.
• Plan development work, define budgets and assign tasks.
• Track team status and apply EVMS techniques.
• Enforce processes across the full SDLC.
• Develop software with modern C++ standards.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams for interfaces.
