Veracity Ventures Inc. seeks a Senior Embedded Software Engineer in Camden, NJ. Full-time position with relocation assistance available.

The role focuses on translating requirements into embedded software for C5 and Cyber Solution Centers and contributing to product and infrastructure development within a Scrum team. The candidate will work across all SDLC stages, collaborate with hardware and software teams, and utilize C/C++ and Python in real-time embedded environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience developing applications on simulated and target hardware.
• Experience with RTOS such as Green Hills Integrity or VxWorks.
• U.S. citizenship with an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into working, maintainable embedded software for target hardware.
• Contribute to Scrum team and help set direction for product and infrastructure development.
• Develop software across all SDLC stages: requirements, design, implementation, testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define interfaces and performance criteria.
• Develop test plans and procedures and document results.
• Investigate root causes and implement solutions.
