This role requires a Master's or Bachelor's with extensive embedded systems experience, plus C/C++, Rust, and scripting skills. The position offers hybrid work with two remote days per week and opportunities to lead projects.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor + years of experience in embedded software
• Experience designing and debugging kernel drivers for custom hardware
• Strong C/C++ and scripting skills (Bash, Python) and hardware understanding

Responsabilités

• Evaluate current driver support for peripheral and IC selection on custom hardware
• Support board bring-up and hardware validation via device-tree and bootloader configurations
• Implement secure boot flows and kernel drivers for Linux on custom hardware
• Lead or mentor junior engineers on projects and QA processes
