Job summary

Thompson Software Solutions is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to support avionics software for a military aircraft platform. You will develop, integrate, and test safety-critical software in collaboration with a multi-site team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of embedded experience, C++ for safety-critical systems, and on-site work with some travel. Active Secret Clearance is required and security investigations will apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of embedded software development experience.
• C++ development for safety-critical avionics systems.
• Experience with RTOS (MOSA.ic, VxWorks, Integrity).
• Embedded development on Linux (Yocto/RHEL), Windows, or Bare Metal.
