Job summary

OK International is hiring a Lead Embedded Software Engineer in Cypress, CA. You will mentor the software team, shape development processes for embedded systems, and architect software ecosystems across our soldering and dispensing product portfolio.

You will bridge hardware and software, oversee requirements analyses, system risk and software reliability, and guide prototyping to production deployments. A strong background in embedded C/C++, RTOS, and hardware interfaces is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• MS in Computer Science is a plus.
• Strong C/C++ and embedded software expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering and mentor the team.
• Develop and maintain software processes for embedded systems.
• Bridge hardware and software with product management.
