Job summary

OK International, part of the Dover Corporation, is seeking a Lead Embedded Software Engineer to bridge hardware and software, mentor the software team, and architect next-gen product ecosystems for precision soldering and dispensing systems.

The role focuses on leading development processes, system-level design, and coordinating with product management to deliver robust embedded solutions worldwide.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science with 10 years minimum experience.
• MS in Computer Science is a plus.
• Experience with Agile software development, scrum master preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering and mentor the software team.
• Develop and maintain embedded software processes for development, testing, release, deployment.
• Bridge software with hardware and define software ecosystem for product portfolios.
• Design, review, and document software specifications and proofs of concept.
• Code, test, and debug applications for prototypes and production systems.
