Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in aerospace engineering or related field.
• 5+ years software engineering experience developing embedded software in a safety industry.
• Experience with compliance audits or developing plans to standards.

Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers in developing safety critical software.
• Train engineers and review software processes for safety compliance.
• Perform safety analysis and identify requirements for programs.
• Audit program compliance to safety objectives and perform risk characterization.
• Foster a culture of safety and inclusion while working on rapid development programs.
