Job summary

Viasat Government - Secure Network Systems (SNS) invites experienced engineers to join a software team delivering secure network software across multiple product lines. You will refine and maintain code while aligning with stringent security design and testing standards.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in C/C++ embedded, 10+ years in network software, and strong Linux expertise, plus DoD clearance and citizenship. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years' experience with C/C++ in embedded environments and 10+ years' experience with network software design and development.
• 7+ years' experience with Linux OS in embedded environments; strong Linux kernel/stack knowledge.
