Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in embedded electronics development.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex embedded systems or product architectures in production environments.
• Must be a U.S. person due to ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop embedded motion control hardware.
• Lead hardware bring-up, electrical debugging, and validation from prototype through production.
• Support product development, integration, and manufacturing readiness.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Collaborate across software/firmware, QA, and product management teams.
• As a Technical Leader, provide direction and oversee contributing engineers.
