Qualifications

• 3–5 years of embedded software/firmware development and verification experience.
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++, plus automation testing.
• Experience with build tools, logging, state machines and fault handling.
• Hands-on hardware/software integration with embedded interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, or Ethernet.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded software, test tooling, and automation for product integration and verification.
• Design, build, and improve automated test frameworks and reusable test assets.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, regression, and system tests; support hardware/software-in-the-loop testing.
• Implement test execution, data acquisition, pass/fail checks, and reporting.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, tests, results, and supporting evidence.
• Collaborate with firmware, electrical, electromechanical, and product teams on integration, verification, and release activities.
• Own assigned deliverables from planning through completion: estimate effort, track progress, meet agreed acceptance criteria, and raise dependencies or blockers promptly.
