Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; U.S. security clearance process required.
• 5+ years in full software development lifecycle for embedded systems.
• 5+ years with C, C++, C#, Python, Java, Ada, or Linux.
• Experience developing architectures, interfaces, and designs for software systems.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, debugs and maintains software integrated into embedded devices and systems.
• Translates customer requirements into software design for embedded systems.
• Writes code for embedded software to run on specialized hardware.
• Integrates embedded software with hardware components.
• Monitors and improves efficiency and stability of embedded software systems.
• Tests and debugs software for embedded devices and systems.
• Advises on software/hardware integration domains.
• Ensures compliance with project plans and industry standards.
