Job summary
ManpowerGroup's client is seeking a US_East | Electrical / Electronics & Semiconductors Engineer_L3 in Fairport, NY onsite to join the Product Engineering organization. You will own hardware design and integration across the full product lifecycle and collaborate with architecture, manufacturing, and operations.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in analog/digital circuitry, power management, and experience applying AI tools to improve engineering workflows, with 7+ years in embedded
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
- 7+ years of experience in hardware design for embedded systems.
- Experience and motivation to use and drive adoption of AI tools in engineering workflows.
- Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design, including low-noise signal paths and power management.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus RTU/TCP, LoRa, RS-485) with experience integrating them into new and existing hardware platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end product implementation, from requirements analysis to production introduction.
- Collaborate with hardware architecture, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics engineering, product and program management.
- Develop next-generation sensors and sensing platforms; support sustaining activities.
- Design and integrate analog and digital circuitry with low-noise paths and power management.
- Support firmware-hardware co-design and embedding of industrial protocols.
