Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a US_East | Electrical / Electronics & Semiconductors Engineer_L3 in Fairport, NY, onsite, to own hardware design for embedded systems and support product development from concept through production. You will collaborate with hardware architecture, manufacturing, supply chain, and program management to deliver robust sensor platforms and next-generation electronics.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in embedded hardware design, proficiency in analog/digital circuits,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
7 years of hardware design experience for embedded systems.
Experience and motivation to use AI tools in engineering workflows.
Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design, including low-noise signal paths and power management.
Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP, LoRa, RS-485) and integration into new hardware.

Responsibilities

Support the entire product implementation cycle from requirements to production.
Collaborate with hardware architecture, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics engineering, product and program management.
Contribute to next-generation sensors and sensing platforms and sustaining activities.
Design and integrate analog and digital circuitry meeting system performance goals.
Support firmware-hardware co-design and debugging of embedded systems, including industrial protocols integration.
