Capgemini is seeking an experienced hardware engineer to guide the full product implementation lifecycle, from requirements through production, in collaboration with cross-functional teams including hardware architecture, manufacturing and program management.

You will contribute to AI-driven design processes, sensor integration, and analog/digital circuit work, while ensuring compliance and applying Agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 7+ years of hardware design for embedded systems.
• Experience and motivation to use and drive adoption of AI tools.
• Analog and digital circuit design, including low-noise signal paths and power management.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP, LoRa, RS-485).
• Familiarity with sensor integration: temperature, humidity, pressure, optical sensors.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools; Altium Designer preferred.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum framework.
• Knowledge of EMC, safety, and product certification processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end product implementation cycle from requirements to production.
• Collaborate with hardware, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, logistics, product and program management teams.
• Support advanced technology initiatives to develop next-generation sensors and platforms.
