Job summary

Accounting Resources, Inc. seeks a Senior Control Systems Engineer to own the design, development, validation, and deployment of closed-loop control algorithms and embedded software for off-highway machine systems.

You will set technical direction for control strategies, take algorithms from concept to production, and mentor engineers across the team. The ideal candidate combines deep control theory and estimation with hands-on embedded software skills in C and C++, MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of embedded controls or software experience.
• 3+ years leading end-to-end control-system designs.
• Strong C/C++ for microcontrollers with HAL/driver experience.
• Expert in MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow and Model-Based Design.
• Experience with MIL/SIL/HIL testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation of closed-loop control algorithms and state estimators.
• Develop plant models, identify systems, and validate strategies.
• Generate production code with Embedded Coder and MIL/SIL/HIL testing.
• Design embedded control app in C/C++, integrate with HAL and drivers.
• Mentor engineers and conduct design/code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
