Qualifications

• US citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET or higher security clearance.
• Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Signal Processing or Computational Science.
• 6+ years of experience in Electromagnetics Analysis of systems and platforms.
• Proven ability to write and contribute to winning technical proposals.
• Strong technical communication skills for team leadership and business development.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams with leadership experience.
• Growth mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in development of advanced solutions to complex physical problems.
• Develop algorithms to solve interactions of electromagnetic energy with complex structures and systems.
• Research and develop next-generation radar systems and platforms.
• Research and develop AI/ML techniques to extend traditional algorithms.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mathematicians, physicists, RF/antennas engineers, and computer scientists on large-scale problems.
