The role requires a Ph.D., 6+ years in EM analysis, and a strong track record in proposals and program development; a US Security clearance at SECRET or higher is required.

Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Signal Processing or Computational Science.
• 6+ years of experience in Electromagnetics Analysis of systems and platforms.
• Proven ability to write and contribute to winning technical proposals.
• Strong technical communication skills for team leadership and business development.
• Experience collaborating across diverse teams with leadership on research projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop advanced solutions to complex physical problems.
• Develop software algorithms and tools to model interactions of EM energy with complex structures and systems.
• Research and develop next-generation radar system solutions.
• Research and develop AI/ML techniques to extend traditional algorithms.
