Qualifications

• 6+ years in Computational Modeling and Simulation of complex physical phenomena.
• Experience developing high-performance CEM software with scalable solvers.
• Ability to mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams in CEM, AI/ML and software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in development of Advanced Computational Solutions for complex problems.
• Develop algorithms to simulate interaction of EM energy with complex media.
• Research and develop AI/ML based techniques to extend traditional tools.
• Mentor engineers and scientists and contribute to proposals and business development.
• Collaborate across diverse teams to solve large-scale computational challenges.
