Job summary

Liftech Elevator, llc, Signal Hill, California, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations at customer sites. You will supervise staff, assign work orders, conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and uphold safety policies to ensure reliable elevator service.

The role requires 3–5 years in elevator maintenance with supervisory experience, strong safety knowledge, and excellent communication to coordinate with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance, service, or repair experience within the elevator industry required.
• Must reside within a commutable distance to Signal Hill, California.
• Previous supervisory, lead mechanic or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of elevator systems, preventative maintenance practices, troubleshooting, repair techniques, and applicable industry standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and mechanics while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong client partnerships and effectively resolve service-related concerns.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands, coordinate schedules, and respond promptly to urgent maintenance and service requests.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with customer.
• Proficient in using mobile technology, work order management systems, and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety requirements, and safe work practices. Valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly to customer locations and job sites.
