• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Elevator Technician or Elevator Mechanic License preferred.
• Experience with hand and electrical tools and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Investigates problems of electric, mechanical or hydraulic nature in elevators and related devices.
• Conducts preventive maintenance and inspections on a scheduled basis.
• Performs annual tests of safety devices.
• Assists in evaluating equipment and proposed modifications.
• Performs other duties as needed; on-call for emergencies.
