Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Program, setup and run surface mount and through hole equipment (screen printer, pick & place, re-flow oven).
• Troubleshoot machine setup and workmanship problems (process control).
• New Product Development liaison for electronics.
• Order fixtures; Program equipment and develop process parameters.
• Back up Team Leader in their absence; Follow all department and company standards.
• Train and mentor teammates; Process optimization; Reduce setup time; Utilize simple automation.
• Apply PDCA to solve problems and drive improvements; implement 5S.
