Job summary

J.W. Speaker Corporation is seeking an Electronics Technician for on-site work in Germantown, WI. You will perform SMT-related tasks including soldering, depaneling, testing, EOL programming, and packaging to standards.

You will operate AOI equipment, identify components, and conduct visual inspections of SMT assemblies, ensuring accuracy and quality. Familiarity with IPC standards is a plus; training is available for motivated candidates.

Qualifications

• Reading basic process sheets and assembly drawings.
• One year manufacturing experience preferred.
• IPC standards knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Soldering knowledge and skills a plus.
• Perform depanel methods, testing, EOL programming, and packaging as standards.
• Operate AOI machine.
• Identify electronics components.
• Complete visual inspection of SMT assemblies.
• Visually identify AOI false calls and defects.
• Maintain accurate Job-By-Job Chart tracking.
