Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics is a plus; HS diploma acceptable.
• SMT programming experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Program, setup and run SMT equipment (screen printer, pick & place, re-flow).
• Troubleshoot machine setup and workmanship problems (process control).
• New Product Development liaison for electronics.
• Order fixtures and program equipment; develop process parameters.
• Back up Team Leader in their absence; follow all department and company standards.
• Train and mentor; process optimization; reduce setup time; utilize simple automation.
