Job summary

J.W. Speaker Corporation is seeking an Electronics Assembly Technician to support daily manufacturing tasks in our Wisconsin facility. You will perform depaneling, testing, EOL programming, and packaging to standard procedures.

Responsibilities include operating the AOI machine, identifying components, and visually inspecting SMT assemblies for defects. Strong tool-handling skills and accurate chart tracking are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly is preferred but training will be provided.
• Ability to read and interpret basic process sheets and assembly drawings.
• Comfort handling hand tools and precision instruments used in electronics assembly.

Responsibilities

• Perform depaneling, testing, EOL programming, and packaging per standards.
• Operate AOI machine and verify solder joints and component placement.
• Identify electronics components and conduct visual inspection of SMT assemblies.
• Spot AOI false calls and defects and document findings.
• Maintain accurate Job-By-Job Chart tracking.
