Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. invites an Electronics Technician 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. You will perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and commissioning of electronic security systems for federal, local and commercial customers.

The role requires up to 25% travel, strong technical skills, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams. A background in electronics installation and related certifications is preferred and OSHA 30 is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance on multiple systems
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Security/citizenship considerations per government requirements; no clearance needed

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of equipment and systems
• Conduct site surveys, configure hardware/software, test systems and provide technical support
• Lead safety practices and coordinate with project teams and customers
• Assist in commissioning activities and documentation of work performed
