Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an Electronics Technician 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems unit. You will install, configure, test, and maintain electronic security and IT systems across federal, local, and commercial sites, traveling up to 25% as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and strong collaboration with project teams; prior multi-system experience is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Six-plus years of electronics installation and/or maintenance experience.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for projects and site support.
• Clear communication and presentation skills for customer engagements.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of security/IT systems.
• Configure hardware, test systems, and provide customer technical support.
• Lead safety practices, document work, and coordinate with project teams.
• Support field operations from surveys to commissioning and acceptance testing.
