Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a collaborative Electronics Commodity Management Professional to lead strategic sourcing across North America and international markets, focusing on electronics commodities.

You will develop category strategies, evaluate suppliers, conduct spend analysis, and partner with internal teams, including international Saab affiliates. This role requires a BA/BS in Supply Chain or Engineering and 8+ years of sourcing experience; travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering required.
• 8+ years of sourcing or supply chain experience with BA/BS (6+ with Master).
• Strong financial acumen related to sourcing and supply chain.
• Strong electronics technical background.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop commodity category strategies to improve cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability.
• Lead supplier evaluation and selection for multiple business units.
• Manage supplier lists and onboarding for electronics commodities.
• Perform spend analysis and lead cost-reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Saab affiliates domestically and internationally.
