Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field.
• 8+ years in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement, or electronics design.
• Ability to travel 10–25% for vendor visits.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical BOMs, component risk assessments, and alternate sourcing paths across product lines.
• Identify and mitigate supply-chain lead-time/sourcing risks for PCBA components.
• Ensure scalability of electronics sourcing strategy as product lines scale to production.
• Conduct supplier selection across product lines and expand approved supplier list.
• Work with suppliers to handle technical inquiries and consult with design engineering as needed.
• Collaborate with quality to ensure AS9100 compliance for production electronics builds.
• Coordinate with PLM and ERP for data package releases.
• Coordinate with PCBA procurement resources with HQ.
