Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Product Sourcing Engineer to drive strategic supply network development for imaging electronics. You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing to optimize BOMs, sourcing paths, and supplier selection across product lines.

You will mitigate risks, ensure AS9100 compliance, and coordinate with PLM/ERP systems while enabling scalable sourcing as production expands. Some travel and a U.S. security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field required.
• 8+ years in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement or electronics design.
• Able to travel 10–25% for vendor on-site visits.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical BOMs and component sourcing paths across product lines.
• Identify and mitigate lead-time and sourcing risks for PCBA components.
• Ensure scalable electronics sourcing as multiple product lines scale to production.
• Coordinate supplier selection and expand approved supplier list.
• Work with suppliers and design engineering to resolve technical inquiries.
• Collaborate with quality to ensure AS9100 compliance for electronics builds.
• Coordinate with PLM and ERP for technical data package transmission.
• Streamline PCBA procurement with HQ’s commodity team.
