Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years’ experience in program management leading programs leveraging globally standard methodologies.
• No immigration sponsorship for CPT/OPT/STEM OPT/H-1B etc.
• Masters Degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in program management
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience with Business intelligence tools (Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI) and data migration projects.

• Drive end-to-end Rules of Engagement across Eaton sites and EMS partners.
• Oversee supply visibility for an $800M–$1B scope with ~150,000 parts.
• Lead analysis of lead times, demand, and supply coverage; identify gaps and recovery actions.
• Ensure ERP data reflects current supply conditions and supports planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive program success.
