Job summary

EnerSys's Precision Power Solutions division is seeking a hands-on technician to support production of complex power circuitry in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. You will collaborate with operations and engineering, excelling in troubleshooting and contributing to a cross-functional team.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in a technical discipline, expert IPC-610 soldering knowledge, and strong electromechanical troubleshooting. U.S.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Expert knowledge of IPC-610 soldering standards and practices.
• Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Basic troubleshooting of CCAs/PCBAs; ability to read schematics.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Soldering, assembly, testing, and inspection of prototypes and releases.
• Assist in creating SOPs, test procedures, and safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot, identify root causes, perform rework and repair.
• Basic troubleshooting of CCAs/PCBAs; complex troubleshooting of electromechanical assemblies.
• Support continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.
• Communicate clearly to achieve team objectives.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow AS9100 traceability.
• Calibrate equipment as needed.
• Coordinate tasks and train peers as required.
• Work independently and with the team; deliver on time.
