Job summary

EnerSys’s Precision Power Solutions division is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will work with production teams and contractors to install, repair, and maintain critical equipment while prioritizing safety and uptime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly; heavier loads require mechanical assistance or team lifting.
• Ability to frequently bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, repair, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and building infrastructure.
• Work closely with production teams, fellow maintenance personnel, and outside contractors.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment and follow company procedures.
