Qualifications

• 5-10 years prior Manufacturing/Process Engineering experience in Electronics Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of IPC-610/J-STD-001 requirements.
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, IQ/OQ/PQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead night shift Manufacturing Engineers, coordinating daily activities to support the manufacturing plan.
• Drive process and test optimization in collaboration with Test and Quality Engineering.
• Mentor and train less-experienced engineers and technicians.
