Qualifications

• 4+ years in manufacturing engineering within a regulated industry.
• Experience leading yield improvement and process optimization projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvements to optimize efficiency and quality in manufacturing.
• Drive yield enhancements and reduce scrap through cross-functional collaboration.
• Address manufacturing issues and author CAPA/protocols to minimize downtime.
