Job summary

Impact Electronic Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Quality Engineer to develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes that meet product specifications and quality standards.

You will monitor production yields, drive corrective actions, and support new product launches to ensure quality across the lifecycle. The role requires a 4-year engineering degree and 4+ years in manufacturing, with ISO 9001 experience and strong problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree.
• 4-year relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with standard computer applications.
• US citizen or Permanent Resident as we build ITAR controlled defense cables

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes meeting quality standards.
• Monitor yields and implement corrective actions to improve yield and reduce waste.
• Lead and support launches of new/revised products, ensuring quality throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and perform/assist audits and documentation.
