Johnson & Johnson in Danvers, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to join our Cardiovascular team. You will help advance smarter, less invasive therapies by validating processes, reducing defects, and driving continuous improvement across production lines.

This role requires 3+ years of manufacturing experience in medical devices or cleanrooms, a bachelor’s in engineering, and proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, Minitab, and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the medical device industry and/or cleanroom environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Control manufacturing processes while reducing defects and enhancing productivity and product quality.
• Use Lean and Six Sigma tools to analyze process trend data and communicate issues using a data-driven approach.
• Identify opportunities for process and yield improvement projects.
• Qualify and optimize processes and tooling via IQ/OQ/PQ, Gage R&R studies, process capability studies, and designs of experiments.
• Develop data systems for defect tracking and operator analysis, for process improvements.
