Job summary

Northrop Grumman invites applications for a Staff Electronics Integration Engineer to join our Avionics Integration Organization in CA. The candidate will work on design, development and sustainment of avionics sub-systems, interfacing with supplier teams to resolve issues and ensure schedule adherence.

On-site requirement with up to 25% travel. The ideal candidate has a STEM degree (or higher) with substantial RF payload experience and an active clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 12+ years of related engineering experience, or advanced degrees with proportional experience.
• Practical experience with RF payload systems and avionics integration.
• Active US Government Secret Clearance or eligibility and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain avionics-related subsystems and integrations.
• Collaborate with supplier teams to resolve integration issues while meeting schedule.
• Travel up to 25% and work on-site at San Diego/Rancho Bernardo or Palmdale facilities.
