Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a STEM discipline with related engineering experience
• Strong RF signal chain knowledge and system integration experience
• Experience with RF test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meters)
• Active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain/maintain
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Hands-on work with LOS and BLOS communications systems, including AESA antenna systems.
• Providing direct user support, engineering expertise, and troubleshooting during test events.
• Directing Field Service Representatives for field maintenance and upgrades.
• Addressing and correcting subsystem performance concerns via program tools.
• Leading Root Cause/Corrective Action investigations for assigned subsystems.
• Identifying opportunities for system improvements and coordinating with engineering teams.
