Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of professional experience designing, developing, or testing electronic hardware.
• Experience with analog and digital circuit design, including mixed-signal systems.
• Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools (Altium/Cadence).
• Experience with circuit simulation tools such as LTspice, PSpice, or MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for defense applications.
• Lead electrical design activities, including schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, circuit simulation, and design documentation.
• Develop embedded electronic architectures incorporating microcontrollers, programmable logic devices, digital interfaces, and supporting circuitry.
• Design and analyze power management, voltage regulation, energy storage, switching, signal conditioning, and monitoring circuits.
• Support the development of safety‑critical electronic systems, including ESADs, electronic interlocks, built‑in‑test functionality, and fault‑monitoring circuitry.
• Perform circuit analysis and simulation to evaluate performance, component tolerances, electrical margins, and environmental considerations.
• Develop hardware prototypes and conduct bench‑level testing, debugging, and design verification.
• Define electrical requirements, interface specifications, verification procedures, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain electrical technical data packages, including schematics, PCB fabrication and assembly files, bills of materials, interface documentation, and test procedures.
• Support hardware integration with mechanical assemblies, sensors, actuators, and embedded software.
• Lead electrical design reviews, troubleshoot hardware failures, and perform root‑cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Support environmental qualification, production acceptance testing, and transition of electronic designs into manufacturing.
