Job summary

TSC in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Lead Electronics Technician to support our production division, troubleshooting electronic assemblies down to the component level to improve reliability and repair capabilities.

Responsibilities include logging and analyzing test data to identify trends, collaborating with Technical Leads and Engineering to implement process improvements, and setting up test systems for accurate, repeatable results; US citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance

Qualifications

Associate degree in aerospace/electronics or a Bachelor's in Engineering.
Strong understanding of electronics diagnostic instruments and lab equipment.
US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot electronic assemblies down to component level to support reliability.
Accurately log, interpret, and analyze test data to identify trends.
Collaborate with Technical Leads and Engineering to implement process improvements.
Set up, calibrate, and validate test systems for accuracy and repeatability.
Communicate findings to management and team members to align on goals.
