Ladders is seeking a Category Manager Electronics to shape our strategy for electronic components. You will drive strategic sourcing, build supplier partnerships, and lead negotiations to deliver cost, quality, and supply continuity across wire, cable, connectors, and PCBs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering and operations, risk mitigation, and advancing sourcing processes through data, AI, and automation. Remote work is available within the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Proven track record in developing category strategies and negotiating contracts.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components like wire and cable, connectors, and PCBs.
