Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Proven track record in developing category strategies and negotiating contracts.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components like wire and cable, connectors, and PCBs.

For our client, we are seeking a Category Manager Electronics to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will own category strategy for electronic components, with a strong focus on strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, and commercial negotiations. You will work closely with engineering and operations to improve cost, quality, and supply continuity across specialized materials and components. The position also plays a key role in identifying risk mitigation opportunities, driving performance accountability, and advancing sourcing processes through data, AI, and automation.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $180,000 annually
