Job summary

Pacific Defense is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer – EW to lead and execute complex programs across the business. The role emphasizes developing and validating CMOSS/SOSA-based EW systems, prototyping with hardware, and working with customers to shape requirements.

Applicants should bring strong hands-on experience in HW design and verification, with a proven track record in program startup and test integration. DoD clearance is required and a willingness to travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience with Communications and Non-Communications EW systems.
• Understanding of SOSA, CMOSS, MORA, VICTORY standards.
• Strong hands-on hardware experience and test
• Ability to translate customer use cases into system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex EW programs across the business.
• Support proposals with technical content and validation artifacts.
• Mentor and grow junior System Engineers.
• Develop and maintain verification plans and test automation.
• Collaborate with customers to define system requirements.
