Job summary

Pacific Defense is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer - EW to lead complex programs within its Electronic Warfare team. The role focuses on developing EW systems, verification, and ensuring alignment with CMOSS and SOSA standards.

The successful candidate will mentor engineers, translate customer needs into system requirements, and contribute to technical content for proposals while working in a fast-growing defense environment in Sunnyvale, CA.

Qualifications

• Experience with EW systems (communications and non-communications).
• Strong verification using standard test equipment.
• Familiarity with SOSA, CMOSS, MORA, VICTORY standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex EW programs across the business.
• Support integration, testing, and verification activities up to acceptance.
• Document system requirements and contribute to technical content for proposals.
