Job summary

Pacific Defense is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer - EW to lead and execute complex CMOSS/SOSA-based electronic warfare programs in our fast-growing team. The role focuses on system verification, architecture, and customer-driven requirements in a DoD-focused environment.

You will mentor engineers, support integration and testing, and help drive hardware and software design decisions, with travel as needed to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electronic warfare or related systems.
• Experience with CMOSS/SOSA or similar standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex EW programs from start to testing and integration.
• Automate testing, verification, and validation with lab resources.
• Translate customer use cases into system requirements and designs.
• Mentor and grow junior System Engineers.
