Job summary

Pacific Defense seeks a Senior Systems Engineer - EW to lead complex programs across the CMOSS and SOSA domains. You will work on multi-function RF systems for DoD programs, mentor junior engineers, and drive verification and integration efforts with a focus on automation.

The role requires strong hardware/software integration, system architecture, and open systems standards experience, with frequent collaboration across engineering teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in EW, PNT, and communications waveforms.
• Hands-on system integration and verification.
• Ability to translate customer use cases into system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex programs across EW, CMOSS/SOSA domains.
• Mentor and grow junior System Engineers.
• Support proposals and engineering artifacts across disciplines.
• Collaborate with product development and customer teams.
