Job summary

Linedata is seeking a Senior Electronic Trading Specialist for our Boston-based Electronic Trading Services team. You will manage all aspects of client electronic trading, including project management, FIX certification, and configuration of the Linedata OMS, with occasional NYC travel.

You’ll provide 2nd line FIX support, coordinate with internal teams, and support onboarding for new clients, ensuring robust performance and client satisfaction in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services or software client support, preferably OMS/EMS.
• Experience with FIX connectivity and order/execution management systems is ideal.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to assess risk and manage priorities with limited information.

Responsibilities

• Technical account management of assigned Linedata ETS clients; ensure high level of service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage onboarding and certification process for existing and new Linedata ETS clients.
• Gather and analyze client requirements; create FIX specification and workflow design.
• Configure and test FIX connectivity between Linedata trading systems and client trading partners.
• Provide 2nd line support for all FIX issues to Linedata ETS clients and Linedata Helpdesk.
• Work closely with internal Linedata teams to drive new trading functionality and bug fixes to completion.
• Perform FIX certifications with all requested FIX endpoints including liquidity of all partner integrations (broker algorithmic interfaces, etc.).
• Work on related projects as designated by manager (internal projects, assistance to other groups within Linedata, etc.).
• Participate in team and company initiatives (attend weekly meetings and report back to team, contribute to internal projects to improve productivity and learning, assist in training, etc.).
