i2G Systems is seeking a Site Lead to manage installation and field activities for security solutions. You will coordinate internal and external teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in physical/electronic security, strong organizational skills, and the ability to train replacements for progression into project management. Work will require on-site supervision and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems and project installation
• Familiarity with Lenel and Genetec platforms preferred
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a track record of client satisfaction
• 5–7 years of physical/electronic security experience

Responsabilités

• Follow and track project scheduling.
• Direct subcontractor and internal resource communications.
• Coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
• Read and understand specifications, drawings, and controlling documents; maintain documentation.
• Perform installation and training on control systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain security systems for customers.
• Coordinate project activities with internal and external parties.
• Document and communicate project changes and implement them.
• Ensure work aligns with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete final Test and Acceptance of security systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
