Qualifications

• Experience in project management within electronic security, low-voltage, electrical, or construction industries.
• Knowledge of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and related security systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects and priorities.
• Experience coordinating installation teams, subcontractors, and project schedules.
• Ability to read construction drawings, installation plans, and technical specs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to manage budgets, labor allocations, project documentation, and deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple electronic security installation projects from kickoff through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, labor forecasts, and timelines.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractor resources.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and contractual requirements.
• Identify delays, shortages, and challenges before they impact completion.
• Conduct progress reviews and communicate updates to teams and customers.
• Provide direction to field technicians and coordinate priorities.
• Ensure installation quality and adherence to requirements.
• Support project forecasting, billing, and closeout activities.
