Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CSPM Certification within one year.
• Minimum three years of security systems installation experience.
• ACS/video system programming experience.
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of IP systems and Tech Systems accounting software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Works with Account Management during Booking Review to ensure BOM reflects equipment needed to fulfill scope.
• Manages subcontract labor to ensure completion, schedule, and proper workmanship.
• Manages installation projects per Tech Systems standards, ensuring on-time completion within budget and scope.
• Assists Account Managers in developing functional installation proposals.
• Verifies programming of systems installed by Tech Systems and remedies issues before customer acceptance.
• Plans and organizes acceptance of installation by customer, ensuring system functionality and satisfaction.
• Assists with technical support issues, including occasional service calls.
• Performs other duties required by operations or management.
